Brandon has more than 10 years experience in the health and welfare arena. As a benefits consultant at Bukaty Companies, he has worked with some of the most established companies in Kansas City and surrounding communities. He specializes in fully insured, partially self-insured and self insured benefits for small and mid-sized businesses. Brandon focuses on establishing and evaluating new and current benefit strategies for long-term success. Brandon also assists clients in developing wellness programs to help employees become aware of the resources and tools available to create a healthy lifestyle and friendly work environment.
Brandon earned a marketing degree from Wayne State University in Nebraska.

Theresa has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. The majority of her expertise has been in issuing and servicing client contracts. Previously, she held various positions in the insurance field with The Hartford Life, CNA Insurance, and Aetna. She is responsible for obtaining carrier quotes, preparing spreadsheets and assisting groups through the enrollment/underwriting stage at Bukaty. As an account coordinator, one of her primary goals is to ensure new clients a seamless transition from one benefit plan to another. |
