Scott is a graduate of Central Missouri State University and was a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1990 to 1998.

Justin works directly with medium to large-size employer groups to create a custom benefits plan that best fits the organizations needs. He works diligently on his clients behalf to secure the most competitive rates.
Previously Justin worked in the financial industry in product development and credit/market risk. Additionally he was responsible for reviewing and monitoring structured securities. Justin is an active volunteer in the community and enjoys coaching his son’s football and basketball teams.
Justin graduated from University of Central Missouri with a degree in criminal justice and has an MBA from Rockhurst University.

LaNae joined Bukaty Companies in 2002 with several years of experience in the group insurance market. She assists current and new business clients with day-to-day issues such as billing or claims questions and provides continued customer service. She also oversees Scott's client accounts to ensure renewal and service issues are handled quickly and accurately. LaNae’s can-do attitude ensures the client's needs always come first. |

Kharlysa joined Bukaty Companies as a new business/renewal specialist for the large group arena. Her primary responsibilities include obtaining carrier quotes, preparing spreadsheets, and assisting groups through the enrollment and underwriting processes.
For the past seven years Kharlysa worked as a claims processor with Progressive Insurance Company. She also has more than four years experience in the health care services industry.

Becky joined Bukaty Companies with more than eight years of experience in the insurance industry including extensive experience in sales, marketing, account management, and customer service.
As a member of Scott Hefner’s team, she will assist with the sales process primarily focusing on new business, renewals, underwriting, employee meeting preparation and policy installation.
Becky is a licensed Health/Life agent in Kansas and Missouri. She has a degree in art education from the University of Central Missouri. Becky is an active volunteer in the community and a member of Junior League of Kansas City and Kansas City Ballet - KC BARRE.
