As the company's office manager, Linda is responsible for ensuring employees have a productive and pleasant work environment. She is involved in all aspects of employee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, new employee orientation and performance management. Her duties also include employee benefit administration, information technology and company licensing.

Prior to joining the agency in 2001, Linda had a 12-year career in the life insurance industry with New England Financial.

Linda joined Bukaty Companies in May 2007 after a 25-year career with AT&T/Lucent Technology. Her primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls and greeting guests. She also assists the office manager with daily administrative tasks. Linda’s outgoing personality and constant smile is a welcome addition to Bukaty Companies.
 
 

Brianna Leroy

Brianna joined Bukaty Companies as an administrative assistant on a part-time basis. As a receptionist, she is responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting guests. Additionally, she maintains 401(k) client files and updates the client database as needed.

Brianna is currently working towards earning degrees in both Spanish and sign language and she will attend the University of Kansas in the fall of 2010.
