Mary joined Bukaty Companies in 2003 to help build the company’s communications, human resource consulting and wellness programs. Mary’s focus is to provide clients with news and analysis of carrier changes, industry trends, regulatory changes and benefit developments. She works directly with clients to ensure seamless integration of wellness, benefit and communication activities. Previously she enjoyed a 12-year career with Kansas City-based Aquila, Inc., where as vice president she was responsible for employee, media, and community communications.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and has a master’s degree in marketing. She also has received the Professional in Human Resource designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Stephanie joined Bukaty Companies in 2004 as a marketing coordinator and has since been promoted to project manager. She performs a variety of marketing and support duties for Bukaty Companies, and oversees the company’s CRM database, IT support, producer licensing, purchasing and new employee orientation. She has been instrumental in establishing new processes and procedures aimed to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stephanie's dedication and willingness to help others has made her a valuable member of the Bukaty Companies team.
Stephanie graduated from Baker University with a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in marketing.

Sarah joined Bukaty Companies in 2006 as a marketing manager. She is responsible for several components of marketing, advertising and public relations within the agency. She primarily focuses her efforts on developing company-wide marketing materials and collateral, quarterly newsletters, press releases, print, online and radio advertisements, as well as direct mail campaigns. Additionally she assists with the company’s response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Previously, Sarah served as a marketing coordinator for one of the largest privately-held insurance brokers.
Sarah graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s of science degree in journalism with an emphasis in strategic communications. She is also a licensed accident/health agent in Kansas.

Graphic/Web Designer

Kristie joined Bukaty Companies in 2007 as a marketing assistant and has since transitioned into the company's graphic and web designer. She is responsible for assisting the marketing department with the design aspects of internal marketing collateral, client newsletters, company-brand standards as well as online advertising and web site design and optimization.
Kristie graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama with a Bachelors degree in graphic design and a minor in studio art.
