Chris joined Bukaty Companies in 2006 as a benefits consultant in the small group division. He works with businesses of all sizes in the Kansas City metro area and surrounding communities to determine the best possible employee benefits package while keeping overall cost in mind.
He believes the best way to communicate with his customers is through personal contact including face-to-face meetings and onsite enrollment. Chris strives to understand each of his clients’ areas of concern in the employee benefits arena and then creates a strategic plan to eliminate or reduce these concerns. He also encourages his clients to take advantage of the value-added tools from the carriers as well as within Bukaty Companies such as the “HR Help Desk,” Power Lunch Seminars, Benefit Bulletins, Carrier Notices and quarterly “News You Can Use” newsletters.
Chris received a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University in 2005.

Sue joined Bukaty Companies in November 2006 as a client service specialist and has since moved into an account coordinator position. Her daily responsibilities include assisting clients with day-to-day administrative and service issues including claims, billing, enrollment issues, etc. Prior to joining Bukaty Companies, Sue enjoyed an 11 year career with Blue Valley School District as a bookkeeper and special education paraprofessional. |
