Jeff and his team have more than 35 years of combined experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. He also encourages clients to utilize Bukaty Companies’ value added services, including HR consulting, HIPAA Compliance, Cobra Administration, Power Lunch seminars and Section 125 Cafeteria plan administration. Jeff’s objective is to ease the burden of employee benefits administration so his clients can focus on running the key elements of their business.
Jeff graduated from Central Missouri State University and has an MBA from Webster University.

Nichole joined Bukaty Companies in 2007 with significant experience in the mid- and large-size markets. She serves as a liaison between the client and the insurance carrier and assists current and new business clients with day-to-day service issues. She also oversees Jeff Westmeyer and John Bremerman's client accounts to ensure renewal and service issues are handled quickly and accurately. Her customer service-focused approach has been a great asset to their team. Nichole is a licensed agent for life and health in Kansas & Missouri.

Kyle brings more than five years of customer service experience to Bukaty Companies. As a New Business/Renewal Specialist, Kyle is primarily responsible for obtaining group carrier quotes, preparing spreadsheets, and assisting groups through the open enrollment and underwriting processes. Kyle believes that customer satisfaction is priority and his strong attention to detail allows him to excel at this position.
Previously Kyle served as director of operations for a nationwide photography firm. He oversaw all aspects of operations including hiring, training, marketing, financials, inventory, payroll, and scheduling all while ensuring a quality product and excellent customer service.
Kyle received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Truman State University.

Kristie joined Bukaty Companies and quickly became an asset to the team with her client service skills. She came with more than seven years of experience in the Life and Health Insurance industry primarily in marketing, sales and customer service.
Her duties at Bukaty Companies include obtaining quotes, preparing spreadsheets, developing sales presentations and assisting groups through the enrollment and underwriting stages. She is instrumental in the administration and a variety of service and claim issues for each group as well as New Business prospecting. She strives for client satisfaction by maintaining a commitment to prompt and accurate service. Her meticulous attention-to-detail makes her a great asset to the team.
