Mark joined Bukaty Companies Property & Casualty Services division with more than 25 years of insurance experience. Mark’s expertise includes all lines of property and casualty insurance with an emphasis on the development and education of large deductible and self-insured retention plans. He prides himself on working with highly rated national insurance companies and the excess and surplus lines operations.
As a dedicated professional who enjoys sharing a common goal, Mark strives to exceed his customer’s service expectations. He has revered the ideals of honesty, teamwork, and community involvement. As a graduate of Central Missouri State University, he holds a bachelors degree in industrial safety risk management.

Leslie brings more than 30 years of experience in the property/casualty industry to Bukaty’s Property & Casualty Services. Her career began in California with a large, independent insurance agency initially handling personal lines followed by medium to large commercial accounts.
After moving to the Midwest, Leslie’s experience expanded to include insurance agency management, human resources, and accounting. Over the years, Leslie has handled a wide-range of accounts including municipalities, public utilities, and other private business accounts.

New Business Commercial Marketing Manager

Bill joined Bukaty Property and Casualty Services with more than 27 years of experience in the commercial lines underwriting and marketing arena. As a new business commercial marketing manager at Bukaty Companies, he is responsible for marketing all new business, issuing policies, as well as managing carrier relations.
As a tenured insurance professional, he has handled a variety of commercial lines accounts from mono-line policies to large multi-location packaged accounts. He has extensive first-hand experience with numerous markets including retail, service, manufacturing, construction and technology.
Prior to Bukaty Companies, Bill served as a senior customer service representative with The Hartford. He also enjoyed a career as a senior commercial lines underwriter with CIGNA.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Kansas.

As a veteran property and casualty insurance broker and consultant, Marcus brings more than 25 years of experience to Bukaty Companies. Marcus has worked with a variety of middle market and large national and international companies, both private and public, in a variety of industries which include: technology, wholesale/retail, financial, manufacturing, construction, state agencies, school districts, municipalities, universities and transportation (railroads).
Prior to joining Bukaty Companies, Marcus served as a leader and developer of railroad protective liability insurance with JP Financial Services. He also was a client executive and senior relationship officer with Marsh & McLellan Companies.
Marcus holds a resident license in Missouri for property & casualty, health and life. He also currently holds non-resident licenses in Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and the District of Columbia.
He earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State).

Diane joined Bukaty Companies with more than 23 years of experience in the property & casualty insurance arena. As a commercial lines account manager, she works with clients to develop an insurance program that will adequately respond to the client’s total risk management needs. She assists her clients with determining proper values for their assets. She also serves as a consultant and advisor identify risks and exposures. Additionally she is responsible for auditing the client’s insurance program to be certain it meets all regulatory compliance matters.
Previously Diane worked as an account manager, agency relationship manager and new business generation specialist with Travelers. She has also served as an underwriting manager with Chubb Insurance Group.
Diane earned her bachelors degree in public relations and marketing from the University of Central Missouri.
