Troy joined Bukaty Companies in April 2007 as a benefits consultant. For the previous three years, he enjoyed a career at Coventry Health Care as a small group specialist. Troy’s vast knowledge of managed care and underwriting guidelines ensures his clients have the most current industry information on which to base a decision on their employee benefits program. Troy’s commitment to customer service allows his clients to focus on their core business.
Troy strives to identify an employee benefit program which will ensure complete employee satisfaction. As a large group account executive, Troy encourages clients to utilize Bukaty Companies value-added services including HR consulting, FSA administration, Power Lunch seminars, and bona-fide wellness program implementation.
Troy graduated from the University of Kansas with bachelors in Communications.

Thu joined Bukaty Companies as a New Business/Renewal Specialist. Thu works with carriers to obtain competitive health insurance quotes for both prospects and clients, prepares comparison spreadsheets, assists in the group renewal process, as well as with the enrollment and underwriting stages.
Thu previously worked as a claims processor/reviewer for a local employee benefits consulting firm. She specialized in tuition, adoption, life planning, fitness, and special health reimbursements claims.
She is currently working towards earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Mary joined Bukaty Companies with more than 15 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry. Her experience on both the carrier and the broker side allows her to serve as a knowledgeable advocate on behalf of her clients.
Mary previously was a key account project manager and assisted with open enrollments, sales presentations, renewals, and day-to-day administrative service issues.
She graduated from the University of Missouri. Mary is also a licensed health/life agent in Kansas and Missouri.
