Liz serves as a benefits consultant in the health and welfare arena at Bukaty Companies. She focuses her efforts on assisting employers of all sizes obtain a comprehensive benefits package to fit their needs and budget. In addition, Liz works with clients to establish and implement flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA). Liz believes the success of any program is superior customer service. One of the more enjoyable aspects of Liz’s job is educating clients while helping them control costs.
Prior to joining Bukaty Companies, Liz spent 7 years as a regional sales manager in the health care industry and 5 years as a sales representative for Hallmark Cards. Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts and science in marketing from Rockhurst University.

Melissa joined Bukaty Companies with more than 10 years of financial and accounting experience. Melissa initially served as a payroll processor within Bukaty; however, she has since transitioned to an account coordinator within the Employee Benefits division. She is responsible for running new business quotes as well as renewal quotes for health, life, disability and other ancillary products.
Additionally, she assists clients with day-to-day administrative and service issues concerning claims, billing, ID card requests, enrollment issues and employee terminations.
Previously Melissa served as an assistant accounting manager at a mid-sized law firm where she managed the payroll and accounts payable division. She received a master of arts from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, where she was an adjunct professor.
