Phil Drescher joined the Employee Benefits division with more than 10 years experience working with large employer groups throughout the country as a TPA representative. His dedication to reducing employer liability while maintaining competitive benefit plans has earned him an enviable reputation. His proven expertise in plan design, claims analysis and the marketing of stop-loss insurance will be a great asset to all Bukaty Companies’ clients.
Phil’s background includes service in the Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, and as an owner/operator of a wholesale/retail greenhouse operation where he experienced first hand many of the challenges faced by all employers.
He is a licensed life and health agent and earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.
