Tom joined Bukaty Companies in 2008 as a benefits consultant with more than 20 years of sales and account management experience. His expertise is analyzing businesses that are part of a Professional Employment Organization (PEO). He encourages employers to examine the administrative fees, taxes, and liability with a PEO. It is often more beneficial for an employer to receive these services separately through the Administrative Service Organization (ASO) model.
Tom understands that all financial decisions can immediately impact small-to-medium sized businesses’ bottom line. He strives to learn about his clients to ensure they are receiving the most comprehensive employee benefits packages available. Tom’s focus is to bring innovative ideas and multiple options to his clients. His ultimate goal is to be a trusted advisor while providing superior customer service. Prior to joining Bukaty Companies, Tom worked for a national payroll provider as a human resource consultant assisting companies with their payroll, employee benefits, and compliance needs.
Tom received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas.

New Business/Renewal Manager

Rachel joined Bukaty Companies as a new business/renewal manager in May 2009. She is primarily responsible for working with carriers to obtain insurance quotes for both prospects and clients, preparing spreadsheets, assisting in the group renewal process, as well as with the enrollment and underwriting process.
Rachel graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. She is also a licensed health and life agent in the state of Kansas. | | | | |  | Susan Perez
Client Service Specialist

Susan joined Bukaty Companies as an account coordinator in the Benefit Administration division in 2008. She has since moved to a client service specialist position in the Employee Benefits division. She is responsible for assisting clients with the day-to-day administrative and service issues concerning group health insurance including claims, billing, ID card requests, enrollment issues and employee terminations.
Susan earned a bachelors of arts and sciences in fashion merchandising with a minor in business from the University of Missouri.
