Carol joined Bukaty Companies with more than 13 years of healthcare experience. Shortly after starting with Bukaty Companies in 1996, Carol established the Benefit Administration division.
In addition to being a co-founder, she also serves as the manager of the Benefit Administration division. The division currently provides Flex and/or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) administration to more than 175 clients, representing companies with four to 4,000 employees. In 2007, Bukaty Companies added a COBRA administration services division. Within two years, Bukaty Companies has gained more than 130 COBRA clients.
Carol is also Bukaty Companies’ Financial Administrator where she oversees the day-to-day accounting functions within the organization.
Carol received a bachelor’s of science degree in consumer economics from Kansas State University.
