Shirley joined Bukaty Companies Business & People Management Services division in September 2007. Shirley works with clients to provide broad array of human resources services through the employee lifecycle. Shirley has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience. She possesses a high level of competence in the areas of staffing, employee relations, training and development, personnel management, benefits, policies and procedures, and program development.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Kansas and received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 1999 from the Society of Human Resource Management. Shirley has achieved, through independent studies through the Wharton School of Business, the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, demonstrating her knowledge of benefits and other strategic aspects of Human Resources.
